OUR MISSION

Research shows that nearly 1,500 pastors are exited from their church each month. Pastor-in-Residence (PIR) Ministries helps exited pastors navigate vocational transition by providing a proven process of restoration within a caring and restorative environment.

The Church  

people who share a passion for pastoral renewal. The church is God’sinstrument for fellowship, accountability, and restoration.

 We use the word “partner” a lot . It is the word that best describes how we do what we do, and the way we look at those who have joined us in this vital ministry to pastors and their families. No matter what form it takes – becoming a Refuge Church, praying for this ministry, committing time and resources or supporting us financially – entering into a partnership with God and with us brings hope and healing to many. We are deeply grateful for each expression of faith and love that joins us together to glorify God.
